Vendaval Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile's Central Valley showcases the unique terroir of this region, which is nestled between the Andes and Coastal mountain ranges. The valley's deep, alluvial soils, dry springs, and warm summers provide ideal conditions for grape cultivation. This wine undergoes a 48-hour cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, a 4-7 day maceration enhances the wine's color and intensity. The result is an intense ruby red wine with enticing aromas of cherries, blackcurrants, and strawberries. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a firm structure, balanced acidity, and sweet, round tannins. The finish is smooth and fruity, making it a versatile option to pair with rich, savory dishes such as roast beef, game, and mature cheeses. 13% ABV
