Varietal(s): 75% Palomino, 25% Pedro Ximénez

Dried raisins, dates and figs with hints of candied orange, walnut, and toffee. Off-dry (sweet) on the palate with characteristics of caramel, rum, raisin, and toffee pudding. Finishes long with lingering notes of wood spice, roasted nuts, and brown sugar.
