This Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir offers deep ruby hues and intense aromas of black cherry, violet, and baking spices. The palate is powerful yet refined - flavors of plum, dark chocolate, and exotic spices cascade across velvety tannins (93 points). Aged 16 months in French oak (40% new), it finishes with minute-long persistence. Decant for herb-crusted lamb or wild mushroom tart.
