Domaine Gérard Raphet Chambolle-Musigny ‘Les Bussières’ is a soulful and elegant Pinot Noir from a small parcel bordering two premier crus in Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis. With 40+ year-old vines rooted in deep clay soils, the wine shows layered aromas of pomegranate jam, raspberry, and baking spice, followed by a silky palate of summer berries, mineral notes, and suave tannins. Raphet’s winemaking is old-school Burgundy: hand-harvested fruit, native yeast fermentation, and aging in mostly older barrels for 18 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a refined, quietly powerful wine that balances delicate red fruit with earthy complexity—true to the family’s understated legacy. Pair with roast poultry, duck, or subtly spiced dishes.
