Pisoni Vineyard "Estate" Pinot Noir (Santa Lucia Highlands) (2021)

Crushed black cherry, fresh violets, and orange peel burst from the glass. Savory notes of baking spice and black tea shortly follow. The wine is intensely focused and pure with flavors of spiced plum, strawberry compote, clove, and damp earth. There is great freshness and acidity here with a smooth, long, and fine-grained finish.
