From vineyards planted in Kimmeridgian soils giving the wine a minerality similar to that of Chablis with oyster shell on the nose along with lemon zest and fresh raspberry. Bright acidity with a touch of creaminess from extended lees aging. Crisp and bright with great depth and complexity. A blend of base vintage wine and solera reserve wine going back to 2011.
