Paysan 'P'tit Pape' Red '21

A Southern Rhône-inspired GSM blend with a California twist. Opaque ruby in color, it offers garrigue aromas of lavender, black cherry, and cracked pepper. The palate is lush yet structured, with flavors of plum sauce, licorice, and a granitic minerality. Wine Spectator (93 pts) suggests "cellaring until 2026 or decanting now for lamb tagine."
