Parigot Origines Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is a lively and refreshing sparkling wine made from a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Aligoté. The wine offers aromas of yellow apple with a touch of lime, and the palate balances richness and liveliness, with frothy bubbles enhancing the experience. Flavors of lemon and lime zest, ripe golden apple, brioche, and wet-rock minerality lead to a creamy, salty finish, making it incredibly refreshing and sip-worthy. Produced from vineyards in Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Origines is aged on its lees for 36 months using the traditional method, with a dosage of 7g/L. The wine is bottled unfiltered, preserving its authentic character and showcasing a perfect balance of fruit, acidity, and minerality.
