A crisp, unoaked style from coastal-influenced vineyards. Pale straw with green highlights, it bursts with aromas of green apple, lemon zest and wet flint. The light-bodied palate is all about purity - flavors of pear skin, almond and a refreshing mineral finish that Decanter (89 pts) calls "a seafood lover's dream." Stainless steel fermented to preserve vibrancy, with just 12.8% alcohol. Serve chilled with oysters or grilled branzino. Drink now-2025.
