Montoya Pinot Noir '21

From Monterey's Santa Lucia Highlands, this Pinot Noir shows translucent garnet hues and aromas of wild strawberry, hibiscus, and forest floor. Whole-cluster fermentation (25%) adds spice - silken flavors of cherry cola, cocoa nibs, and saline edge earned 92 points for altitude and attitude. The finish reveals crushed rose petals and earth, ideal for seared salmon or truffled dishes.
