This classic Gavi shimmers with a pale straw color with green reflections. The nose is fresh and delicate, offering aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and a touch of almond. The palate is crisp and precise, with flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and a pronounced mineral streak supported by vibrant acidity. Made from 100% Cortese fermented in stainless steel, the wine earned 90 points for its typicity and drinkability. The clean finish makes it perfect with seafood appetizers or light pasta dishes.
