McPrice Myers 'Bull by the Horns' Cabernet '22

A bold Central Coast Cabernet from one of Paso Robles' most respected producers. The 2022 vintage explodes with aromas of blackberry liqueur, espresso roast and vanilla bean. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with layers of dark fruit, bittersweet chocolate and polished tannins. Aged 18 months in French oak (40% new), it achieves wonderful depth without being overly extracted. The finish lingers with notes of mocha and graphite. Decant 1 hour and pair with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs or blue cheese. Shows Paso's ability to rival Napa for premium Cabernet.
