Martin Woods Cab Franc '22

From volcanic soils, this Cabernet Franc is deep ruby with a nose of raspberry, bell pepper, and a hint of graphite. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with flavors of red currant, black tea, and a peppery finish (Wine Spectator 91 pts). Aged 12 months in neutral oak; pair with lamb kebabs or ratatouille (drink now–2027).
