Sourced from limestone-rich vineyards in Paso's Adelaida District, the 2022 vintage offers complex aromas of cassis, violets and crushed rock. The palate is dense yet refined, with flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate and a distinctive mineral streak. Aged 20 months in French oak (50% new), it shows both power and precision. The tannins are substantial but velvety, suggesting excellent aging potential. Pair with prime rib, wild mushroom dishes or aged Gouda. A wine that captures Paso's unique terroir.
