Love & Squalor Field Blend '16

This mature field blend presents bricking ruby hues and complex aromas of dried cherry, fig, and exotic spices. The palate is rich and velvety - flavors of plum preserves, mocha, and a touch of balsamic unfold across resolved tannins (92 points). Aged 24 months in neutral oak, it finishes with incredible persistence. At peak drinking now - pair with braised meats or aged cheeses.
