On the nose, very aromatic, wild fruits and black berries appear. On the palate, the entry is elegant, and the sensation is sweet, with round tannins that provide structure. A full-bodied palate with hints of fruit and some spicy notes.

Sommelier Selection

The label pays homage to the wild boar for being glutton and sybarite, as Syrah drives him crazy. The wild boar is our first indicator that the grape is reaching its point of ripeness, so we have to be very attentive and prevent him from feasting with his friends.
