The palate dances with energy - bright acidity frames flavors of red cherry, blood orange, and a whisper of white pepper from 30% whole-cluster fermentation. Aged 11 months in neutral French oak, it earned 94 points for its Burgundian elegance and transparency. The finish persists with tea leaf and crushed raspberry notes. The Pali Vineyard's Goldridge soils (a rare sandy loam over ancient seabed) impart exceptional finesse.
