Vincent Ruiz, a rising star in the wine world and the leader of Domaine du Gringet, employs a gentle winemaking process with minimal intervention, including 15 days of maceration without punchdowns or pump-overs, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. The result is a striking wine with an iridescent magenta hue, offering aromas of ripe redcurrant, tangerine, and dried herbs, balanced by earthy undertones.
