L'Ecole No. 41 Columbia Valley Syrah ‘21

From the excellent 2020 vintage comes this Rhône-style Syrah that showcases Washington's diversity. Offering aromas of blueberry, smoked meat, and black pepper, the palate delivers flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and olive tapenade with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity. Critics awarded this wine 92 points for its perfect balance between fruit intensity and savory complexity. Aged 16 months in French oak (30% new), it's sublime with grilled lamb or hearty stews.
