Koyle Costa La Flor Sauvignon Blanc is a coastal, biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc from Chile’s Aconcagua region near the Pacific Ocean. The granite and limestone soils and strong maritime influence contribute to the wine’s saline minerality and brisk acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged on its lees for four months, it is bottled without oak influence to preserve freshness and purity. Expressive aromas of white peach, lemon peel, pineapple, ginger, and a distinct sea breeze character. On the palate, it’s razor-sharp, dry, and energetic, with bright citrus and tropical notes carried by a clean, saline finish and a pH of 3.11 that underscores its natural tension. With only 12.4% alcohol, it’s ideal for pairing with seafood like lobster, crab cakes, or poached fish, and offers remarkable value for a wine with this level of precision and terroir expression. 92 points, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. Certified organic and biodynamic. 80,000 bottles produced.
