Sample taken from barrel and tank. Mid to full lemon yellow. A remarkably intense bouquet with a sizzling crystalline character. There is just a touch of the richer character with a little honeysuckle note, but Caillerets’ intense minerality is very present. Still a baby. Drink from 2029-2035.
