Illahe Estate Chardonnay '23

This Willamette Valley Chardonnay presents a brilliant straw hue and vibrant aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and wet stone. The palate is crisp and focused - flavors of citrus, pear, and a touch of saline minerality balanced by bright acidity (91 points). Aged 10 months in neutral oak, it finishes with impressive length. A Burgundian-inspired white - pair with oysters or simply enjoy as an aperitif.
