Hendry Unoaked Chardonnay is crafted from three distinct Chardonnay blocks—including old-vine Wente clone planted in 1974—this wine reflects the cool, marine-influenced climate of Hendry’s benchland vineyard just west of Napa. Fermented in stainless steel and kept entirely unoaked and non-malolactic, it emphasizes purity and freshness. On the nose, it offers aromas of green and pink apples, citrus zest, and stone fruit. The palate is light and vibrant, with tangy green apple and lemon flavors leading to a surprisingly long, clean finish. With its bright acidity and delicate structure, this Chardonnay is an easy-drinking, food-friendly white.
