The NV (2020) Prohibition Meunier is all about texture and creaminess, as the mousse is so soft that it is virtually non-existent in the wine's textural feel. Dried pear, hazelnut, ginger and dried flowers meld together seamlessly. This really straddles the line between still and sparkling wine, and does so in an utterly convincing style. Prohibition Meunier emerges from parcels in Mardeuil planted in 1954, 1958 and 1960. It is an incredibly distinctive Champagne. Dosage is 1.5 gram per liter.
