Frey Organic Chard ‘23

A naked expression of organic fruit. Pale straw with green highlights, offering pristine Granny Smith apple, wet flint, and lemon verbena. Electric acidity carries flavors of underripe pear and crushed seashells. Vinous (91 pts) calls it "Chablisien in purity." Pair with raw bar (now–2027).
