From Demeter-certified vineyards in Mendocino’s high-elevation sites, this field blend (Chenin Blanc/Riesling/Muscat) is a testament to regenerative farming. Pale straw with green flecks, it offers a vibrant nose of jasmine, Bartlett pear, and wet granite. The palate dances between richness and verve—flavors of peach skin, lemon curd, and chamomile unfold across a texture that Wine Advocate (91 pts) calls "Burgundian complexity from California soil." Fermented with native yeasts in neutral oak, the 2022 vintage (harvested October 5th at 21.8° Brix) balances 13.1% alcohol with zesty acidity (pH 3.3). Pair with Dungeness crab or roast chicken (drink now–2027).
