Foris offers up a little bit of Italy in southern Oregon. Move over Asti, the Foris version lights up a room with its aromas of peaches, meadow flowers and a 7-Up spritzer. The texture is almost creamy, with gentle acidity joining forces with a tiny bit of spritz. The flavors are a battle of the wills between the tag teams of lemon and lime versus orange and creamsicle. This is big time fun.
