Complex and  multi-layered with half of the wine pulled form a solera started in 1992 and the other half from the current vintage. The wine is aged extensively on lees, developing creamy textures and rich flavors. Aromas of baked apple, brioche, and subtle spices give way to a palate rich in pear, citrus, and a chalky minerality.
