Cantine Madaudo's 'Fermento Siciliano' Etna Rosso is a bright red wine with aromas of red fruits and a persistent, elegant flavor that includes spicy and leathery notes. It pairs well with hearty dishes, rich sauces, and grilled meats. Best served at 18°C, it can be enjoyed immediately or stored for up to two to three years. The wine is made by fermenting grapes that have been left to macerate with their skins for 12 days at 25°C, followed by 8 days of fermentation in stainless steel. It is then aged in stainless steel for 6 months and bottled for an additional month before release.
