The grapes are softly crushed to preserve their full fragrance, and the must macerates with the pomace for four to five days to extract color and aromatic complexity. After destemming, fermentation takes place at a low temperature in autoclave, followed by bottling through isobaric filling. The wine shows a cherry hue with purplish tinges and offers an ample, expressive profile with notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and rose. A gentle sweetness and well-balanced acidity create a fragrant, harmonious character. It pairs beautifully with puddings, cakes, cookies, berry pies, and sherbets, and is equally enjoyable on its own as a moment of indulgence at any time.
