Racy fruit, with a fresh greengage note. Ripeness arrives quickly here but has clearly been managed well this year. The body is perfectly judged, a mix of ripe citrus and fresh pear here, beautifully judged, finesse and really long. Perfect! I don’t think I know a better Chalumeaux Tasted.
