Great nose of black raspberries, new saddle leather, Provençal herbs, and Asian spices, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, a seamless, elegant, layered mouthfeel, perfect balance, and a great finish. It might be one of the finest examples of the base cuvée I've tasted.
