It is lightly filtered with a small addition of sulfur before bottling, with some residual sugar adding a touch of weight and body. The wine is characterized by its inviting nose of rose petals, cinnamon, strawberry tart, and apple strudel, with a light sweetness on the palate that is balanced by refreshing acidity.
