This high-elevation Chardonnay shimmers with pale gold reflections and enticing aromas of white peach, toasted almond, and jasmine. Partial malolactic fermentation and 8 months in French oak (20% new) create Burgundian complexity with flavors of baked apple, lemon curd, and wet stone that scored 92 points. The finish lingers with honeycomb and crushed chalk, perfect for lobster thermidor or truffled pasta.
