Etienne Delarche Pernand-Vergelesses ‘Les Boutières’ is a refined and expressive Burgundy crafted from old-vine Pinot Noir grown on southeast-facing limestone and red clay slopes in the Côte de Beaune. Aromatically delicate, it opens with rose petal, red cherry, raspberry, and earthy notes. The palate is light and vibrant, with flavors of bramble fruit, bitter orange, clay minerality, and gentle spice. Made with hand-harvested fruit, indigenous yeasts, and traditional aging in barrel for about 15 months, this wine reflects Etienne Delarche’s natural, organic-minded approach.
