From the famed Dundee Hills estate, this Chardonnay presents a brilliant straw hue and aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and wet stone. The palate is crisp and focused, with flavors of citrus, pear, and a touch of saline minerality balanced by vibrant acidity (92 points). Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it finishes with impressive length. A Burgundian-inspired white that pairs beautifully with oysters or simply as a refreshing aperitif.
