A textbook example of aged white Burgundy just entering its drinking window. Now developing tertiary complexity, the nose offers baked apple, toasted brioche, and a whisper of honeycomb. The palate remains vibrant with citrus zest acidity framing flavors of preserved lemon, marzipan, and a lingering saline finish. Decanter (94 pts) suggests "drinking now to appreciate its evolution." Superb with roasted veal or mushroom risotto.
