Crafted from vines planted on seven tiny parcels around the lieu-dit Pignan (sandy soils), the 2022 Chateauneuf du Pape Les 7 de Pignan, a 100% Grenache Noir entirely destemmed, wafts from the glass with aromas of pepper, licorice, dark berries and violets. Medium to full-bodied, structured and enrobing, it's perfectly balanced with a layered texture, a fleshy core of fruit, velvety tannins and a long, penetrating, and ethereal finish.
