The 2023 Black Cabra Chardonnay from Mendoza is an unoaked, fruit-forward wine with aromas of peaches, tropical fruits, and apples. It offers a fresh mouthfeel with a long finish, featuring ripe citrus and white fruit flavors on a slightly oily palate. Made by winemakers Fabian Valenzuela and Jean-Claude Berrouet, it comes from estate vineyards in the Argentine Andes, crafted sustainably at Bodega Zolo.
