The three grape varieties express themselves equally, enhancing the message of the soil by contributing vinosity, refinement (35% reserve wines), and aromatic persistence (aging on lees, chalky soil). A wine of fullness, with a patina of age, complex with aromas of autolysis (biscuit).
A consistent wine texture and creamy bubbles. The chalk is very present in the finish, delicately saline, long and flavorful on the palate.
