Amity Pinot Noir '20

This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir presents deep ruby hues and complex aromas of black cherry, violets, and freshly ground coffee. The palate is both powerful and refined - concentrated flavors of plum, cocoa, and exotic spices cascade across velvety tannins (92 points). Aged 14 months in French oak (30% new), it finishes with minute-long persistence. Decant 45 minutes for duck breast or wild mushroom tart.
