The palate layers blackberry, strawberry reduction, and licorice with undertones of cinnamon, clove, and a whisper of cigar box. Plush and perfumed, it balances richness with freshness and finesse. Crafted by Bibiana González Rave, this Syrah comes from Sonoma’s rolling hillsides and is aged 10 months in neutral French oak. Hand-harvested and fermented with care, it shows the elegance of cool-climate Syrah while embracing California fruit. 91 pts, Wine Enthusiast.
