Alma de Cattleya Chardonnay ‘23

This Russian River Valley Chardonnay presents a brilliant golden hue and complex aromas of baked apple, lemon curd, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich yet vibrant, with creamy texture balanced by bright acidity and flavors of pear, brioche, and a touch of crème fraîche that scored 92 points. Aged 10 months in French oak (35% new) with regular lees stirring, it finishes with impressive mineral length. A superb expression of California Chardonnay that pairs beautifully with lobster thermidor or roasted poultry.
