Opening with incredible aromatic freshness, the nose is ethereal with delicate yellow apple washed with lemon, white flowers and chalk dust. The light-bodied palate is supple and pure with radiant acidity and a delicate, yellow apple fruit intensity dusted with chalk.

Pascal Agrapart "Experience" is a daredevil, purist’s cuvée made only when successive vintages permit Pascal to produce the wine from grapes only - no added yeast, sugar or dosage. This Experience combines the latest vintage of unfermented pressed juice with the previous vintage base wine triggering the essential secondary fermentation to make Champagne. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is bottled unfiltered.
