The Ponzi Pinot Gris is fresh and lively, with notes of green pear, white flower and honeycomb, along with a slight rosemary and white pepper thread leading to a bright mouth of meringue, ginger, honeydew melon and lemon zest. The grapes are pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh and lively aromatics of the wine. Fresh melon, citrus, stonefruit, and florality dominate the nose and lead to a crisp and zesty palate that's extremely quenching and perfect for a warm day.
