The 2021 vintage of this wine is bright and lively, opening with aromas of lemon zest, kumquat, toasted almonds, hint of wet stone and flint, light fresh cut herbs, as well as melon, sweet citrus, and white blossom floral layered with notes of flint, yeast, and sweetly toasted oak. This enchanting wine has a silky entry and vibrant flavors of grilled citrus, light green melon, and toasted oak that expand across the mid palate all the way until the finish. The smooth and focused entry is followed by a silky midpalate with ripe flavors of honeydew and lemon, supported by just a touch of wet stone, yeast, and toasted hazelnuts. The finish is long and structured with citrus rind and mouthwatering acid.
