Mirabelle is Schramsberg’s multi-vintage brut sparkling wine that exhibits the crisp acidity and vibrant apple/citrus fruit characteristic of cool-climate Chardonnay, with added body and depth from Pinot Noir. The Davies family began experimenting with non-vintage traditional method sparkling wines, leading to the successful launch of Mirabelle Brut in 1992. Aged base wines blended into Mirabelle provide richness and complexity. Grapes come from California's North Coast, with hand-picked fruit from various regions. Mirabelle Brut is a versatile wine suitable as a dry aperitif or paired with a variety of foods, from oysters to cream-based pasta dishes.
