Bright red. Strawberry, red cherry and violet on the nose. Bright and fresh on the palate, with crunchy red fruit and mineral flavors carrying through on the lively, clean, long finish. With its bright fruit cocktail quality, this is an excellent example of just how much early appeal an easygoing Chianti can have. I was generous with my score given its yum factor. -ID.
