Avinyo Petillant 23

Made from 80% Petit Grain Muscat and 20% Macabeu from vines up to 50 years old in the Penedes region, best known for Cava (Avinyo also makes good Cavas) this is a delicious, thirst quenching wine that hints at Muscat's floral, and herbal, tarragon like qualities, but also shows great cut, with delicious citrus fruits, refreshing fizziness, and a dry finish that begs another (large) sip.
