Castle Rock Rose` Pinot Noir (Monterey) 23

Our Castle Rock Rose of Pinot Noir was produced from grapes grown in Monterey County. Harvested in the cool of night, the grapes were sent direct to press to pull just enough color from the the skins to achieve the delicate hue. The wine crisp, fresh and floral with bright acidity and aromas of violet and rose petals.
